reposts and statistics to the purpose of improving the Web-Chops service.

reports that will be made available on our Site regarding activity and the type
of content availabe on our site. We may share information we
gather with third parties, such as advertisers, business partners and
sponsors, but only in the aggregate or in anonymous form. We will not
connect your name or other personally identifiable information to the

Topic pages you save on Web-Chops have three possible sharing modes:

Private - Private topic pages can only be viewed by the user who saved them
(after authenticating himself using the username and password given at registration).

Shared - Shared topic pages can be viewed by the user who saved them as well as
users on that user's "Buddies List". The names of shared topics will be viewable by
anyone (by viewing the user's Topic List on his personal homepage on the Web-Chops website).

public - Public topic pages are viewable by anyone.If you post personal information
on a public topic page, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
Use care when posting personal information on any site and do not include
sensitive information, such as social security numbers, financial information
or home addresses or phone numbers.
Topic pages are pulic by default and can be set by the user to other sharing modes
on the users personal homepage. Web-Chops may be required to disclose personally
identifiable information under special circumstances,such as to comply with subpoenas
or when your actions violate the Web-Chops Terms of Service.
Web-Chops does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other
people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services
you've requested or when we have your permission.
Topic pages and clips on Web-Chops may include links to other websites and services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the sites to which we link or which you access via the
Software and/or Site. These other sites may place their own cookies or other
files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
